I LOVE this girl for a realtor! she took care of me and family all the way over in England! she helped us find the right home in the amount of time we needed one in... Shes amazing and she goes above and beyond for her work! We lived in a 8 hour time difference zone and i always had an anwser back fairly quickly. I would definately recommend her to anyone i know that is interested in buying a home!

Windy was an absolute professional in helping us sell our house. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their house quickly while maximizing their sell price. She is extremely knowledgeable and is a completely gem to work with.

Bought a home in 2011.
I had decided to move from CA to Las Vegas even though I didn't know anyone here. I found Windy by chance when I google for how windy Las Vegas can be. I followed her link to Zillow and decided to contact her based on the well received reviews. Her other clients praised her responsiveness which I also find important. And indeed she had lived up to her reputation when she was working with me. All my email inquiries got replies within a few hours and often times within minutes. She spent two half days driving our family of 5 around LV, showing us properties, and educating us the ways of LV. Our 3 kids took full advantage of her car's entertainment system and my wife and I enjoyed all the creature comfort of her Suburban. She is a professional with a very energetic personality. I can tell that she loves her work because she put in a lot of effort even for a small budget buyer like myself. I remember getting her email responses late into the nights when we were there house hunting.
We found our home and closed the deal within a week. It was a joy every step of the way. My kids are happy, and my wife is happy. My feelings don't really count but I am happy too, and I have Windy to thank for that. I will definitely have her help us buy or sell our next property.

My wife and I couldn't be happier that Windy Humphreys helped us find our first house. We worked with a few real estate agents before Windy and none of them seemed to listen to what we wanted. We told Windy what we wanted and our price range one time, and she never showed us any houses that didn't meet all of our criteria. We were also impressed with how organized, efficient, and flexible she was. Once our offer was approved on the house we wanted, Windy never wasted any time helping us get through the process of getting into our home, nor did she allow anyone along the way to drag there feet. Without a doubt when we are ready to buy our next home we will be calling Windy.

Windy used all forms of marketing to be sure our home was seen by as many potential buyers as possible. She managed the transaction all the way to closing to be sure everything was being handled correctly! If you want your property sold hire Windy!

Showed home in 2010 in Las Vegas, NV.
We would never be in a house if it wasn't for Windy's knowledge and patience. It was a refreshing experience to work with a realtor that put our wishes first and was as passionate as we were about finding exactly what we were looking for. We may look for houses in the future but we will never have to worry about finding the perfect realtor!

I have used Windy to purchase 3 properties. It's the first time I've ever used an agent for multiple properties. She is always on top of everything that's happening during the escrow process and continued to help me after the close. She is surely an asset to anyone who uses her!

What are you looking for from your agent? First and foremost, responsiveness. When your agent is on top of things, the rest just becomes so much easier. I have worked with a few agents in Las Vegas, Windy is, by far, the most diligent one.

Bought a Single Family home in 2010 for approximately $175k in Centennial Hills, Las Vegas, NV.
Windy is an excellent real estate agent. I would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home in the Vegas/Henderson area. Before Windy, I met with a few other real estate agents and none of them even gave me the time of day like she did. I actually heard from someone else about how she met him at the airport and looked at houses until late at night. I was very impressed with this so I decided to call her. She sent me an email with multiple listings to choose from almost immediately after I had given her my criteria. I sorted through the ones I liked. I set up an appointment to view 15 houses within the first week of calling her. She spent the whole morning and mid afternoon with me. She printed out information on each and every house we looked at. She told me about the areas that I was looking in and gave her opinion as far as what she thought about a single woman living in that area. I trusted her opinion and am happy with my choice of real estate agents. Unfortunately, I ended up not falling in love with any of the houses that I saw the first time. I changed my criteria a little bit and then expanded the search area. She did the same thing for 2 more weekends in a row until I found a house. I think I ended up looking at about 40-45 houses with her. Not to mention, I searched on-line and looked at hundreds more houses. I was on a time schedule and did not really have time to negotiate on price. We may have been able to, but I really liked the house and thought it was a deal to begin with. Thus, negotiation skills I ranked as smooth rather than excellent. However, I must say that I was happy with how smooth the process actually went. She was prepared to answer any questions that I may have had being a first time home buyer and calmed me down when I was getting nervous. I'm sure I bothered her between email and phone calls. Windy makes you feel like you are the most important person in her life and is very attentive to your needs. I could have probably called her at 3 in the morning and she would have answered the phone and answered my questions. If you are looking for someone on top of there game in the real estate industry, then call Windy.

My wife and I were visitors to the Las Vegas area and Ms. Humphreys was extremely helpful is finding and showing properties that match the search criteria we provided on very short notice. She is continuing this process even today as we try to narrow down the perfect retirement home for us in Nevada. She was very knowledgeable about the various area the market trends and amenities provided in each neighborhood.
